About the Job
+ Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or closely related field
+ At least five years experience developing financial analysis, reporting, budget preparation and management
+ At least one year of Accounting experience
+ At least two years of supervisory experience. Additional relevant experience with demonstrated ability to lead and coach others may be considered in lieu of supervisory experience.
+ Experience with hospital or physician practice accounting, reporting and/or analytics.
Other Skills/Knowledge
+ Work requires expertise in Excel and ability to prepare complex spreadsheets and produce graphs and power point presentations.
+ Must be able to work closely with Physicians and other management staff.
+ Work requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent communication and facilitation skills in all settings using appropriate techniques to obtain information, explain policies and procedures, present logical inferences and promote identification of necessary courses of action.
+ For safety and quality reasons, must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English with physicians, other providers, patients, visitors, and fellow members of the hospital team.
+ Ability to be self-directed in schedule and meeting deadlines and goals.
+ Ability to be creative and flexible in problem solving.
+ Able to influence behavior changes in others without any reporting relationship (matrix structure)
+ Knowledge of provider practice processes; internal medicine/primary care experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
