Hospice RN Case Manager, Lahey Health at Home

Job Description
Responsible for the management of hospice and palliative care of patients and families assigned to caseload.
Qualifications
Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
One to two years of Medical/Surgical Nursing experience; oncology/hospice experience preferred.
Strong communication and collaborative skills with a demonstrated ability to speak, write, and communicate in English. Must demonstrate the ability to interact in a positive and courteous manner with patients, families, other employees and outside vendors. A detail orientation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
