The Position Media Coordinator
Entry level position providing support for integrated media department, including responsibilities related to digital, broadcast, out-of-home and print media planning, buying and implementation
Enter vendor invoices into our system, evaluate and assist in reconciling
Work with media vendors to request RFPs, missing invoices, ad specifications...
Send orders to vendors, and confirm their acceptance of the orders
Provide reports to Account Management and Finance for billing of media schedules and fees
Compile asset specifications to inform the accounts and creative teams on which assets need to be developed, and when and to whom they should be delivered
Traffic digital materials for all assigned clients
Research projects as needed to gather information in support of a campaign strategy, media plan or buy
Assist in RFP process and follow up with vendors on missing submissions
Location Candidates living in the Greater Boston area are preferred, as this position will primarily reside in our Winchester, MA office. However, consideration for other locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Minimum qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advertising, marketing or related field preferred, but not mandatory)
Work experience
Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft package, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Superior communication skills verbal, written, presentation, phone and email.
Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-started, willing to jump in where needed

Salary All of Fuseideas salary ranges are commensurate upon experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
