Job Description
Contributes to the Hospital's mission by assisting residents with activities of living. This staff position will have an impact on improving quality and safety of patient care by providing assistance in an assisted living environment to improve quality of life.
Education: Required: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Experience: Preferred: At least one year experience as a home care aide
Other Skills/Knowledge: Required: For safety and quality reasons, must be able to effectively read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors, vendors, and fellow members of the hospital team
Certifications: Required: Certified Home Health Aide or nursing student with completion of the Fundamentals of Nursing course and/or one Medical Surgical clinical nursing rotation.
REQUIRED: Basic Life Support

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
