Office support role for boutique staffing firm

This office support role handles a variety of tasks from answering phones to attending social/marketing events. We are a boutique staffing firm that caters specifically to the design profession in Boston and beyond. We have been in business for over 21 years and excited to get started on the next 21 years.
This position requires previous office experience, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, an upbeat attitude, flexibility in a busy environment with excellent communication and people skills and a great sense of humor!
Core duties include:
o Various tasks in supporting the President of the Company and Staffing specialists
o Handling phone calls
o Calendar and email coordination
o Creating ads and managing the website and social media
o Attending marketing/social events in helping to recruit potential candidates and or develop contacts with new clientele
o Someone familiar with the design industry and interest in architecture is preferred but not necessary

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
